mm2 Asia Subsidiary Sued by Investor for $6.3 Million

mm2 Asia's (SGX:1B0) subsidiary, mm2 Entertainment, was served with a claim in the High Court of Singapore by an investor named Yi Xianhuang, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The investor is seeking about SG$6.3 million plus interest and costs over alleged unpaid guaranteed returns, investor profits and a refundable deposit related to film and TV projects.
The company is now seeking legal advice over the matter and will disclose details once there are any material developments
