智通财经APP讯，保宝龙科技(01861)发布公告，于2026年1月22日，买方欧亚物业控股有限公司(公司的间接全资附属公司)与卖方天扬投资有限公司订立买卖协议，据此，买方同意收购而卖方同意出售该物业，代价为4038.88万港元。
该物业指位于香港上环招商局大厦的一个办公室。地址为香港干诺道中168-200号信德中心招商局大厦19楼2号办公室。该物业为一项建筑面积约2676平方尺的商业物业。
考虑到周边房地产市场的价格相对较低;及收购该物业将为本公司提供额外营运空间而毋须产生未来租金开支，董事会认为收购事项为集团提供一个良好的投资机会。此外，由于该物业拟作办公室自用，董事会认为收购事项将满足集团因业务规模扩大及发展需要所产生的日益增长的办公空间需求。
董事会相信，收购该物业将不会对集团的营运及现金流量产生重大不利影响。
