金吾财讯 | 稳定币概念股尾盘走强，截至发稿，德林控股(01709)涨12.50%，云锋金融(00376)涨6.80%，狮腾控股(02562)涨4.23%，耀才证券金融(01428)涨3.36%，国泰君安国际(01788)涨2.97%。香港财政司司长陈茂波在世界经济论坛年会致辞时表示，自2023年起，香港已向11家虚拟资产交易平台发牌，并预计于今年稍后发出稳定币牌照。此外，特区政府也以身作则推动代币化的发展，包括发行了三批代币化绿色债券，总额约21亿美元；并推出监管沙盒以鼓励应用创新。陈茂波指出，金融与科技能相互促进，以数字资产为例，这项金融创新不仅提升金融服务的透明度、效率、包容性和风险管理，亦能更有效将资本引导至实体经济领域；此外，金融亦是支持和赋能科技发展的关键力量。他续指，香港作为国际金融中心，采取积极且稳慎的态度发展数字资产，并以“相同活动、相同风险、相同监管”的原则促进市场负责任及可持续发展。
