L3Harris Technologies' board has raised the defense contractor's quarterly dividend by 4%, to $1.25 from $1.20.
The new payout, equal to $5 a year, represents an annual yield of 1.41% based on Thursday's closing price of $355.75, up from 1.35%.
The Melbourne, Fla., company on Friday said the increased dividend is payable March 20 to shareholders of record March 6.
