智通财经APP讯，智欣集团控股(02187)发布公告，于2026年1月21日，本公司的全资附属公司智欣新能源科技(龙岩)有限公司(智欣新能源)与龙岩市永定区自然资源局(永定区自然资源局)订立销售合同，以收购于2026年1月16日成功竞得由永定区自然资源局发布以竞价方式公开招投标位于龙岩市永定区石寨背矿区约380万立方米的玻璃用脉石英矿剩余砂石土(剩余砂石土)。
在此之前，于2025年9月26日及2025年10月17日，智欣新能源与永定区自然资源局订立国有建设用地使用权出让合同，以收购两幅相邻工业用地的土地使用权，用作建设厂房及生产线，以筛选提取及综合利用玻璃用脉石英矿剩余砂石土。
