红星资本局1月22日消息，上交所官网显示，上海燧原科技股份有限公司（下称“燧原科技”）科创板IPO获受理，公司拟融资金额为60亿元，保荐机构为中信证券，会计师事务所为毕马威华振。

　　燧原科技成立于2018年，与摩尔线程（688795.SH）、沐曦股份（688802.SH）、壁仞科技（06082.HK）合称“国产GPU四小龙”。招股书显示，燧原科技营收主要来源于AI加速卡及模组、智算系统及集群，2025年前9月第一大客户为腾讯科技（深圳）有限公司。此外，腾讯科技（上海）有限公司为燧原科技第一大股东。

　　业绩方面，2022年至2024年，燧原科技营收持续增长，分别为9010万元、3.0亿元和7.2亿元。不过，公司仍处于亏损状态，净亏损分别为11.2亿元、16.6亿元和15.1亿元。

　　2025年前9月，燧原科技实现营收5.4亿元，净亏损8.9亿元。

　　2025年年底，国产GPU企业开启上市潮。“国产GPU四小龙”之一的摩尔线程于2025年12月5日率先登陆资本市场，成为“国产GPU第一股”。紧接着，2025年12月17日，沐曦股份敲钟上市。跨入新年，壁仞科技于1月2日在港交所挂牌。随着燧原科技IPO获受理，“国产GPU四小龙”有望很快在资本市场相聚。
