南财智讯1月21日电，新城悦服务（01755.HK）公告，自2025年4月1日起，本公司股份已于联交所暂停买卖，并于本公告日期继续暂停买卖。主要原因包括：罗兵咸永道会计师事务所已辞任本公司核数师，自2025年5月26日起生效；由于核数师需要额外时间完成对截至2024年12月31日止年度财务业绩的审核工作，导致董事会会议延期，进一步影响业绩发布及复牌进程；联交所已发出复牌指引，要求公司满足若干条件方可恢复股份买卖，相关事项仍在处理中。因此，股份将继续停牌，直至符合复牌指引并另行通知为止。
