智通财经APP讯，万咖壹联(01762)发布公告，本公司建议采纳一项新购股权计划(新购股权计划)。新购股权计划旨在向合资格参与者提供收购本公司所有权权益的机会，并鼓励合资格参与者为提升本公司及其股份(股份)价值而努力，以符合本公司及其股东(股东)整体利益，以及激励合资格参与者为本集团业务的成功作出贡献。新购股权计划将为本公司提供灵活方法，以挽留、激励、回报、酬谢及补偿合资格参与者及/或向彼等提供福利。
于2026年1月22日，待新购股权计划生效后，董事会建议向高弟男先生(执行董事兼董事会主席)、蒋宇女士(执行董事兼首席执行官)及童辉先生(资本运营中心副总经理)分别授出5000万份购股权、5000万份购股权及6000万份购股权。
