　　美国能源部长克里斯・赖特于周四表示，全球石油产量需要提升一倍以上。与此同时，他批评欧盟和美国加利福尼亚州在其口中 “低效的绿色能源” 上浪费资金。

　　近年来，世界经济论坛的能源议题讨论始终围绕推动低碳政策的路径展开。但在达沃斯论坛上，赖特与西方石油公司首席执行官维基・霍勒布展开对话时强调，未来数十年，全球能源供应仍将依赖石油。

　　赖特指出，欧盟的企业环境法规正对美欧能源合作构成风险，并警告这些法规可能会影响美国对欧洲的天然气出口。

　　“这些法规可能会让（美国生产商）在向欧洲输送天然气时面临法律责任风险。” 赖特表示，“我们正与欧洲同仁合作，力求消除这些壁垒。”

　　欧盟要求所有向欧洲进口石油和天然气的企业，必须对相关进口产品的甲烷排放进行监测与报告，此举旨在遏制甲烷这种强效温室气体的排放。

　　在企业和多国政府长达数月的施压下，欧盟于上月同意大幅缩减两项标志性法案的实施范围，这两项法案分别是《企业可持续发展报告指令》和《企业可持续发展尽职调查指令》。
