Jadason Enterprises (SGX:J03) completed the 100% acquisition of Jadason Technology and Metason, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Concurrently, 330 million consideration shares were allotted and issued to the vendors at SG$0.013 per share.
The shares are expected to be listed and quoted on or about Jan. 26, the filing added.
