因此，该机构认为中国钢铁“走出去”模式在新的国际趋势下，不仅需要进行方向性重构，也具备明确的产业发展契机，新一轮“走出去”发展应从过去的低端产能海外布局转向以高端产品、技术和标准为主导的出口路径。
