据一份公告显示，美国能源部长克里斯·赖特签发一项紧急命令，授权得克萨斯州电力可靠性委员会调度数据中心及其他大型设施的备用发电资源，以助力缓解弗恩冬季风暴期间可能出现的停电状况。

　　美国能源部估算，全美范围内目前仍有超过35吉瓦的闲置备用发电容量可供调用。

　　该命令将协助得克萨斯州电力可靠性委员会应对席卷全州的极端低温天气与风暴破坏，同时降低美国民众的相关成本支出。

　　此命令的有效期为1月24日至27日。
