消息面上，12月12日晚间，大唐黄金发布公告称，其已在当日根据主板上市规则第9B章的规定，就转板上市事宜向联交所提交包含所有必要文件/资料之更新申请。同日，公司公告称，已委任王东生为首席顾问，统筹公司战略规划、团队建设及AI矿业开发，欲强化公司的资源整合、增储扩产能力并加速技术赋能。
