智通财经APP讯，北京能源国际(00686)发布公告，于2026年1月28日，买方(公司全资附属公司京能国际(高邮)新能源有限公司)拟向卖方(扬州泰润企业运营管理有限公司)收购目标公司(扬州泰润低碳科技发展有限公司)70%股权，代价约为人民币2.48亿元(含税)。目标公司主要从事发电、输电及供电(配电)、技术应用服务、太阳能发电技术以及其他能源相关服务。
董事会认为，收购事项符合国家可再生能源目标及集团的发展战略，故符合公司及其股东的整体利益。于国家层面，发展可再生能源、倡导能源转型及建立绿色低碳能源体系乃中国可再生能源时代的核心突破。收购事项及对目标项目之相应收购支持国家可再生能源愿景及“十四五”规划。此外，于收购事项完成后，目标项目的装机容量最高可达约294兆瓦，与公司现有位于江苏省高邮市的光伏发电项目在地理位置上相近，产生协同效应。该等项目均位于江苏省，且作为一个群体更易于管理并具备更强的发电能力及盈利能力。
