CGI (GIB) said Wednesday that it has authorized a new plan to buy back around 19 million shares, representing 10% of its float.
The renewed buyback will begin Feb. 6 and end up to a year later, the company said.
The proposal is subject to approval by the Toronto Stock Exchange, which places a daily limit of 115,216 shares, the company said.
