智通财经APP讯，智欣集团控股(02187)发布公告，于2026年1月26日，本公司与两名认购人(Century Noble International Limited、Pakhim Chen Capital Limited为)订立两份独立认购协议，内容有关按认购价每股0.68港元认购合共1.496亿股认购股份。
1.496亿股认购股份，合共相当于本公司于本公告日期已发行股本的 20.00%;及本公司经配发及发行认购股份扩大的已发行股本约16.67%(假设自本公告日期起直至认购事项完成后本公司已发行股本概无任何其他变动)。
认购价每股认购股份0.68港元，较股份于2026年1月26日(即认购协议日期)在联交所所报收市价每股0.80港元折让约15.00%;及股份于紧接认购协议日期前五个连续股份交易日在联交所所报平均收市价每股0.834港元折让约18.47%。
