Trade Desk named Tahnil Davis as its interim finance chief, while the company continues its search for a permanent CFO.

Davis has been with the company for more than a decade, most recently serving as chief accounting officer. She succeeded Alex Kayyal.

The Ventura, Calif., company said Monday that Davis is experienced in financial management across both domestic and international markets. During her time with Trade Desk, she has played a critical role in building the company's financial and operational infrastructure, as well as supporting corporate governance, it added.

With Davis' appointment, Trade Desk backed its fourth-quarter outlook for revenue of at least $840 million. Adjusted Ebitda--or earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization--is expected to be at least $375 million.

The company expects to report its full fourth-quarter and year-end results on Feb. 25 after the market closes.
