China Sci-Tech Industrial Investment Group (HKG:0339) said its board has proposed changing the company's name to WebX Holding Group, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Monday.
The firm plans to hold a meeting of shareholders to seek approval for the plan.
China Sci-Tech said the new name will better align with its present outlook and prospective development, the filing stated.
