智通财经APP讯，中国核能科技(00611)发布公告，李鸿卫先生因工作调整已提出辞任董事会主席、执行董事、公司薪酬委员会成员及公司提名委员会主席、香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第3.05条所指的公司授权代表以及上市规则第19.05(2)条和公司条例(香港法例第622章)第16部所规定在香港代表公司接收法律程序文件及通知的公司授权代表，全部自2026年1月27日起生效。于李先生辞任后及经过提名委员会推荐，王浩莹先生获委任为主席、非执行董事、薪酬委员会成员、提名委员会主席、授权代表兼法律程序代理人，全部自2026年1月27日起生效。
李先生辞任后，董事委员会成员有所变更，详情如下：李先生不再担任薪酬委员会成员及提名委员会主席;及王先生获委任为薪酬委员会成员及提名委员会主席，自2026年1月27日起生效。
