智通财经APP讯，天津发展(00882)发布公告，卖方天津泰康投资有限公司(天津泰康，一家公司持有82.74%权益的附属公司)与买方天津国有资本投资运营有限公司(津投资本)就出售百利融资租赁(百利融资租赁有限公司)全部权益订立股权转让协议，代价为人民币2.65亿元(相当于约2.94亿港元)。
百利融资租赁为一间于中国成立的有限公司，主要从事融资租赁业务、租赁业务、购买租赁财产、租赁交易咨询及担保(不含融资性担保)，以及与主营业务相关的商业保理业务。
为进一步集中资源发展其核心业务，集团已逐步减少其于非核心业务的投资。百利融资租赁的主要业务仅专注于融资租赁业务，属非核心业务，与集团的核心业务缺乏显著协同效应。该出售事项符合天津泰康及集团的整体战略规划。董事会认为，该出售事项将提升集团资产的运营效率、优化集团的资源分配及加强集团的现金流。
