智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，1月26日，绿叶制药(02186)股东将股票由建银国际证券转入UBS Securities Hong Kong Limited，转仓市值4.54亿港元，占比3.88%。
绿叶制药发布公告，2026年1月26日，深圳绿叶、南京信石、南京信安、宁波信达及南京绿叶订立注资协议，据此，南京信安及宁波信达同意向南京绿叶提供进一步资本，总额为人民币2.85亿元。紧随注资完成后，南京绿叶将由深圳绿叶、南京信石、南京信安及宁波信达分别持有70.01%、23.34%、4.32%及2.33%。
