VPower Group International (HKG:1608) said a winding-up petition hearing against the company has been adjourned to May 13, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Tuesday.
A hearing was scheduled to take place Feb. 11 in a suit filed by CRRC Hongkong Capital Management in Hong Kong alleging the non-payment of $31.9 million in certain finance lease agreements.
