1月27日，中海物业（02669）发布公告，基于董事会对公司截至2025年12月31日止财年之未经审核综合管理账目的初步审阅，公司整体收益较2024财年上升约5-7%。尽管面临严峻的内外经济环境挑战，公司管理层灵活应对市场变化，及时调整经营策略，使整体收益仍录得升幅。
然而，在变革转型期间，资源投入较大，导致毛利及普通股权持有人应占溢利分别较2024财年下跌约3-4%及9-10%。其中，非住户增值服务类的智慧化工程研发成本上升，首次录得亏损，而其他工程类业务毛利因价格竞争激烈，毛利率普遍下滑。
传统物业管理方面则受到降价退盘因素和地产行业下行的影响，促使毛利率下降。尽管如此，公司新扩展的城市运营业务仍如期发展，录得收入及盈利双增长。
