Encounter Resources (ASX:ENR) reported that reconnaissance reverse circulation drilling at its wholly owned Haddon prospect in the Yeneena copper project, Western Australia, returned widespread copper and silver anomalism across the majority of holes in the nine-hole program, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
The drilling results include a 22-meter interval from 86 meters to 108 meters, grading 920 parts per million copper, 4.61 grams per tonne of silver, and 739 parts per million cobalt, the filing said.
A diamond drill rig mobilized in December 2025 intersected the upper black shale horizon but was demobilized before reaching target depth, the filing said.
The company is planning a follow-up diamond drilling in April to test the basal contact of the black shale horizon, the filing added.
