BGMC International (HKG:1693) said it completed a HK$7.7 million share offering, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Monday.
The construction and engineering firm sold over 3.6 million shares at HK$2.20 apiece to raise funds for general working capital.
The shares represent around 8.36% of the issued share capital of the company as enlarged by the sale.
