Kwan On (HKG:1559) said Zhang Fangbing resigned as the company's chief executive, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Monday.
Zhang Fangbing resigned to devote more time to his personal business, the firm said.
Sun Xiaoran, an executive director of the company, was appointed as Zhang's successor.
