南财智讯1月26日电，洛阳钼业公告，公司拟为间接控股子公司CMOCCapitalLimited于2026年1月26日完成发行的12亿美元零息可转换公司债券提供无条件且不可撤销的担保，担保金额不超过12亿美元（按2026年1月26日人民币兑美元汇率中间价6.9843折算，约合人民币83.81亿元）。本次担保事项已获公司2024年年度股东大会及第七届董事会第三次临时会议批准，被担保方资产负债率超70%，不涉及反担保。截至公告披露日，公司对外担保总额为人民币229.74亿元，占最近一期经审计净资产的32.35%，无逾期担保。
