智通财经APP讯，科济药业-B(02171)发布公告，根据对本集团截至2025年12月31日止年度(报告期间)的最新未经审核管理账目的初步评估及董事会目前可得的资料，基于以下一系列因素，包括泽沃基奥仑赛注射液的商业化及舒瑞基奥仑赛注射液的新药申请(NDA)获国家药品监督管理局(NMPA)接纳，预计本集团将出现净亏损和经调整净亏损同比减少。
详情介绍如下：(a)与截至2024年12月31日止年度的约人民币7.98亿元相比，报告期间的净亏损不超过约人民币1.2亿元;及(b)与截至2024年12月31日止年度的约人民币7.89亿元相比，报告期间的经调整净亏损(指不包括以股份为基础的薪酬(经调整项目)的净亏损，为一项非国际财务报告准则计量标准)不超过约人民币9500万元。
有关亏损减少主要由于以下各项的综合影响：(i)泽沃基奥仑赛注射液在中国内地的商业化收益增加;(ii)外汇波动的影响;及(iii)泽沃基奥仑赛注射液及舒瑞基奥仑赛注射液的研发开支大幅减少。
