智通财经APP讯，未来数据集团(08229)发布公告，于2026年1月26日，本公司与灵河文化传媒(上海)有限公司(灵河文化)订立战略合作框架协议(该协议)。灵河文化为一家根据中国法律成立的公司。
根据建议该协议，双方拟发挥彼等各自的技术及创意优势，共同探索人工智能生成内容(AIGC)技术应用及知识产权(IP)共同开发的商机，包括但不限于电影、电视、动画及其他数字内容业务。
该建议战略合作将使本集团能够结合其于人工智能、大数据及云端运算的技术能力，以及灵河文化的创意能力及行业资源。该合作关系预期将提升本集团于快速成长的AIGC及数字内容创作行业的参与度，促进科技与娱乐之间的跨界协同效应，透过基于AIGC的内容服务及IP商业化拓宽收入来源，并加强长期竞争力，同时为股东创造潜在增值回报。
