智通财经APP讯，友芝友生物-B(02496)发布公告，本公司近期已就H股全流通向中国证监会提交备案(中国证监会备案)。本公司已向中国证监会提交备案申请，拟将合共6801.03万股本公司内资股及非上市外资股转换为H股并于联交所上市(转换并上市)。董事会欣然宣布，本公司接获日期为2026年1月13日有关转换并上市的备案通知。根据备案通知，有关转换并上市的中国证监会备案已告完成，倘本公司拟于备案通知发出日期起 12个月内未完成转换并上市，拟继续推进的，则需向中国证监会提交更新后的备案。
截至本公告日期，H股全流通及转换并上市的实施计划详情尚未最终落实。本公司将在适当时候根据内幕消息条文及╱或上市规则的要求，就H股全流通及转换并上市的进展作出进一步公告。
