华赢集团(AXG.US)旗下稳定币发行主体AX Coin近期获巴林中央银行(Central Bank of Bahrain)颁发的稳定币牌照原则性批准函，相关资质待央行最终核准。华赢集团AXG联合创始人兼行政总裁朱皓康博士表示："衷心感谢巴林中央银行过去六个月来的专业指导，我们将在监管框架下推出合规稳定币，助力华赢集团稳定币生态体系在中东非地区及全球市场的布局与发展。" 据了解，巴林中央银行于2025年7月正式发布《稳定币发行与提供模块》，构建起海湾地区首个面向稳定币发行活动的系统性监管框架。根据巴林央行公布的内容，明确要求所有稳定币发行方须取得官方许可，并严格锚定单一法定货币，包括巴林第纳尔(BHD)、美元(USD)或经央行批准的其他法币。每一枚稳定币必须以1:1比例由高质量、低风险、具备流动性的储备资产支撑。值得注意的是，巴林稳定币牌照允许"收益型稳定币"模式。
