本报讯（记者 崔欣 通讯员 石祎）昨天是农历腊月初八，怀柔区泉河街道富乐北里社区联合工会开展“腊八粥香暖人心 工会关怀传温情”主题活动，让职工深入了解传统节日的文化底蕴。
活动中，原创诗朗诵“腊八情暖富乐北里社区”以真挚的情感，将工会对一线职工的牵挂、对新就业形态劳动者的关怀、对传统节日的传承融入字里行间，现场掌声不断，为活动增添了浓厚的文化氛围。随后，富乐北里社区工会干部与外卖配送员代表在工会驿站开展沟通交流，详细询问他们日常配送中的困难、生活上的需求以及对工会服务的建议，工会干部认真记录每一个诉求，并给予耐心地解答。
其间，辖区外卖配送员、环卫工人等户外劳动者喝上富乐北里社区联合工会精心熬制的腊八粥，热气腾腾的腊八粥驱散了冬日的寒意，让新就业形态劳动者感受到工会组织的温暖。
该社区联合工会相关负责人表示，此次活动既让职工深入了解腊八节的传统文化内涵，又通过走访慰问、沟通交流等形式，精准对接职工需求，把关怀送到职工心坎上，进一步拉近了工会与一线职工、新就业形态劳动者之间的距离，增强了工会组织的向心力和影响力。
