Onity Subsidiaries Price $200 Million Notes Offering

Onity (ONIT) said late Monday its subsidiaries, PHH and PHH Escrow Issuer, priced a $200 million offering of 9.875% senior notes due 2029.

The notes were priced at 103.25% of face value for an effective yield to worst of 8.515% and are expected to close Friday.

Onity said it plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes, including repayment of mortgage servicing rights-related debt.
