智通财经APP获悉，怡俊集团控股(02442)再涨超18%，12月初复牌至今累计涨幅已接近500%。截至发稿，涨18.39%，报28.2港元，成交额1433.9万港元。
消息面上，怡俊集团控股发布公告，1月21日，控股股东天赋于市场上出售合共一手2000股股份，紧随出售后，公众持股总数为1.02亿股，占已发行股份总数之25.00%，而天赋则于3.06亿股股份中拥有权益，占已发行股份总数约75.00%。根据上市规则第13.32B条规定的最低公众持股量规定(即已发行股份总数之25%)已获恢复。
值得注意的是，2025年11月21日，天赋国际集团有限公司完成收购怡俊集团控股3.06亿股股份，相当于已发行股本总额的75%，总现金代价为2.3亿港元。要约人有意于要约结束后维持股份于联交所的上市地位。
