　　大唐西市（00620）公布，于2026年1月23日，公司的全资附属公司与海南国际文化艺术品交易中心股份有限公司（海文交）订立谅解备忘录。

　　双方协定：订约双方应基于“文化、艺术与科技融合、传承与创新发展”理念，发挥各自优势、资源与专有技术，实现全面合作，以共同把握商机；大唐西市附属公司拟借助海文交在海外古董征集、传统文艺品交易、数字艺术品流通及文创IP服务等多领域业务优势为发展核心，推动“文化、艺术、科技、数字化、产业、金融”商业模式升级；及海文交拟借助大唐西市附属公司深厚的文化艺术底蕴、国际投资与合作平台、艺术品拍卖会、艺术金融、艺术品仓储物流及古董收藏采购资源，以进行产品开发及市场推广。以数字科技为纽带，海文交致力推动文化艺术产业合作项目。
