擎华控股公布，于2026年1月20日，公司主要股东及执行董事兼主席唐才智先生拟向一名人士出售约5.176亿股公司股份，总代价1500万港元。
于出售事项完成后，买方将持有约5.176亿股股份，相当于已发行股份总数的19.58%。交易完成后，唐先生将保留1500万股股份，约占已发行股份的约0.57%。
