据东方财经，1月26日，有网友发布了一则腾讯年会上，创始人马化腾携腾讯总办演唱歌曲《气势如虹》的视频。画面中，腾讯总裁刘炽平还亲自为马化腾围上了一条印有经典企鹅标识的红色围脖。现场，马化腾还给员工扔QQ企鹅公仔互动。
视频迅速引发了网友的讨论：“千亿老总给你表演唱歌。”“腾讯挺有爱的，红色围脖好可爱。”也有网友幽默道：“马化腾充充充喊的最真情实意。”
据悉，此次腾讯年会于1月26日在深圳湾体育中心春蚕体育馆举办，腾讯总办14位高管“组团”开麦献唱，先后演唱了《沧海一声笑》《曾经的你》《气势如虹》。演出结束后，马化腾与总办们延续往年传统向全场派发了腾讯企鹅公仔。
马化腾并非首次登台演出，据广州日报报道，2025年1月13日，腾讯召开2024年度员工大会，马化腾身穿红色西装，携四名腾讯高管共同演唱了《送你一朵小红花》。
2024年1月31日，马化腾在腾讯年会上用粤语献唱歌曲《祝福你》，其身着的红色毛衣也吸引了众多网友的目光。
