0232 GMT - Singapore's equities market is likely still attractive for investors, UOB Kay Hian analysts write in a research report. The brokerage remains bullish on the market in 2026, as they note that the FTSE Straits Times Index rose around 23% in 2025, extending 2024's rebound. The market's potential outperformance this year could be partly supported by policy tailwinds to boost liquidity and the revival of initial public offerings. UOB KH has a year-end 2026 FTSE Straits Times Index target of 5400. The STI is last 0.9% higher at 4907.16. (amanda.lee@wsj.com)
