ISOTeam Secures Contracts Worth SG$27 Million in January; Shares Down 3%

ISOTeam (SGX:5WF) bagged contracts worth around SG$26.6 million in January, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the facilities maintenance company were down over 3% in Tuesday trading.
With the new contracts, the company's order book now stands at SG$176.2 million.
The contracts include coating and painting projects worth SG$1.8 million, interior design projects worth around SG$600,000, repair and redecoration projects worth around SG$13.4 million, addition and alteration projects worth SG$6.5 million, landscaping projects worth SG$2.8 million, along with electrical work and renewable solution projects worth SG$500,000 and SG$1 million, respectively.
