KRAKacquisition said late Tuesday it has priced its initial public offering of 30 million units, consisting of one class A share and one-fourth of a redeemable warrant, at $10 per unit.
Underwriters have been granted a 45-day option to purchase up to 4.5 million additional units.
The units will begin trading on Nasdaq this Wednesday under the ticker symbol, "KRAQU."
Once the securities begin trading separately, the class A shares and warrants are expected to trade under the symbols, "KRAQ" and "KRAQW," respectively.
The offering is set to close Thursday.
