　　辽宁人爱足球、懂足球、愿意参与足球消费，“底子厚、人气旺”，这就是辽宁足球振兴的坚实基础。正在筹办的“东北超”立足东北特色，既能补上区域群众性高水平足球赛事空白，又能串联文体旅商。我期待辽宁能以“东北超”为突破口，让辽宁足球从单纯体育赛事，升级成区域性经济文化IP。

　　我建议，以“东北超”为纽带，深度融合文体旅商。打造“赛事+景区+美食”主题活动，开通观赛专线，推出球迷套餐，让足球成为拉动消费的“流量密码”。同时，以青训中心建设为抓手，夯实人才根基。建好大区、省、市、区县四级青训中心，推动青训与教育融合，打通校园选拔—青训培养—职业输送通道，守住“足球人才摇篮”金字招牌。此外，还应壮大足球市场，支持俱乐部打造主场文化，扶持中超、中甲、女足队伍，吸引企业投资，形成良性循环，让足球事业越办越红火。
