智通财经APP获悉，总部位于中国香港的日式餐饮运营商Ga Sai Tong Enterprise Limited(GST.US)于上周五上调了其即将启动的首次公开发行(IPO)拟募资规模。该公司目前计划以每股5至7美元的发行价区间，发行300万股股份，募资1800万美元;而公司此前申报的发行股份数为130万股，发行价区间保持不变。按照修订后发行规模的中点计算，Ga Sai Tong的募资额将较原预期增加131%，上市后市值将达7800万美元。
据了解，Ga Sai Tong旗下运营三家日式餐饮门店，品牌矩阵包括日式烧鸟餐厅Akai Honoo、法日融合餐厅Ankoma以及日式料理店Kuno，门店涵盖休闲简餐至高端精致餐饮等多种餐饮业态。
Ga Sai Tong成立于2018年，计划以股票代码“GST”在纳斯达克挂牌上市，Bancroft Capital是此次交易的唯一簿记管理人。
