金吾财讯 | 国泰海通研报指出,1月22日,马斯克在瑞士达沃斯世界经济论坛期间提出Space X 和特斯拉正推进太阳能产能提升,目标在未来三年内分别实现年产100GW 的产能。马斯克曾公开表示,未来四到五年内,最低成本的AI算力可能来自太阳能供电的太空计算。SpaceX所在太空场景具备更高光照稳定性、基本不受天气与云层影响,使太空光伏年发电小时数有较大优势,为低轨卫星星座及太空AI算力中心提供稳定能源。该机构指,数据中心配光储+太空光伏有望驱动新一轮设备扩产。(1)数据中心算力需求对于“稳定、低成本、可快速复制”的光伏+储能配置需求正加速提升,带动地面端光伏装机从传统电力需求驱动,逐步转向算力基础设施驱动。(2)低轨卫星与太空算力发展推动太空光伏进入从0到1的产业化验证阶段,对电池效率、轻薄化、柔性化等指标提出更高要求,进一步打开高端制造与定制化设备的增量空间。该机构续指,P型HJT及钙钛矿叠层有望成为太空光伏核心技术路线。多结砷化镓电池是目前的主流技术路线,三结电池AM0量产效率已达到30%,但工艺复杂、成本与产能约束使其在低轨星座难以放量。短期看,硅基P型HJT已有量产交付经验,凭借低温对称工艺与超薄硅片带来轻量化潜力,并在抗辐照方案上持续推进,有望渗透低轨短周期任务。长期看,钙钛矿叠层具备高效率、柔性薄膜优势,且有辐照与环境适应的潜力,若在封装寿命与大面积一致性上实现工程化突破,有望成为主流技术路线。
