待订立正式协议及达成或豁免(视情况而定)协议中可能订明的完成先决条件后，预期于可能出售事项完成时，潜在买方及其一致行动人士将持有本公司已发行股本的50%以上。根据收购守则的规定，倘可能出售事项落实，潜在买方及其一致行动人士须根据收购守则第26.1条就所有已发行股份(潜在买方及其一致行动人士已拥有或同意收购的股份除外)提出强制性无条件全面要约。于本公告日期，董事会获Meng A Capital告知尚未就可能出售事项订立正式协议，磋商仍在进行中，可能出售事项未必会进行。公司将根据上市规则及收购守则适时另行刊发公告，以知会股东有关可能出售事项的任何进一步发展。
