智通财经APP讯，EPRINT集团(01884)发布公告，于2026年1月28日，买方e-banner Limited(本公司的间接非全资附属公司)与卖方亚洲万盛有限公司订立采购合同，据此，买方同意采购而卖方同意出售机械设备，代价为304.08万港元。
机械设备为一组包括HTA25000 UV混合式打印机、切割机及螺杆式空气压缩机的泡沫板印刷机械手。
本集团一向致力投放资源，持续提升其印刷生产设施及技术水平，以切合客户需要及市场要求。董事会认为，是次收购可提升本集团的生产技术，当中包括：(i)提高自动化生产水平，并可就生产流程进行实时监控及优化;及(ii)提升生产的灵活性及应变能力;同时可减少人手操作及劳动力投入，从而为客户提供更佳体验并提高客户满意度。
