消息面上，1月23日，中铝国际发布公告，2025年12月2日，公司控股子公司沈阳铝镁设计研究院有限公司(牵头方，简称沈阳院)与上海宝冶、十二冶(公司全资子公司)、七冶、云南建投机械组成联合体，中标山西兆丰新建39.4万吨/年电解铝项目(一期29.4万吨/年)。近日，沈阳院与上海宝冶、十二冶、七冶、云南建投机械组成的联合体与山西兆丰签署了《建设项目工程总承包合同(联合体)》。签约合同价约30.3亿元。
