智通财经APP讯，思考乐教育(01769)公布，董事会预期集团于2025年将取得公司拥有人应占净亏损人民币7000万元至8000万元(2024年：公司拥有人应占净利润人民币1.456亿元)。经撇除基于股份的薪酬开支，集团预期将取得公司拥有人应占经调整净亏损为人民币4000万元至5000万元(2024年度：公司拥有人应占经调整净利润人民币1.757亿元)。
公告称，预期亏损主要归因于集团加强了业务的策略发展以及新业务的探索，包括扩大业务覆盖范围及在更多城市开设新的素养学习中心。由于这些新开设的素养学习中心在2025年仍处于初期营运阶段，因此产生的收入有限。然而，与产生的收入相比，直接营运成本(例如员工费用及福利、摊提、折旧、水电费及物业管理费)仍然处于较高水准，对集团的整体盈利能力造成了负面影响。此外，由于交易对手的违约，集团若干金融资产投资(金额约为人民币3000万元)到期未能赎回，导致这些资产的公允价值损失。
