本次交易标的所处行业、主营业务与上市公司相同，本次交易完成后，上市公司产能将得到快速、显著的提升，规模效应将显著增加。标的公司前身均为美国铝业在华核心制造基地，而美国铝业作为全球铝加工行业开创者，拥有超130 年积淀，长期占据高端铝加工技术制高点，其航空航天、高端汽车领域材料技术全球领先，是波音、空客等巨头核心供应商。
该交易完成后，不但能够较好提升上市公司在相应应用领域的行业地位、技术能力、客户资源，还可以完善标的公司的产品结构。上市公司具有较强的生产协同能力与较快的客户服务响应能力，能够弥补标的公司因执行奥科宁克全球布局下特定产品系列规划而导致商务决定较滞后和产能释放不足，有效提升标的公司盈利能力。
