在云南丰富的旅游资源中，传统的非遗展示已难以满足现代旅居者对深度体验的需求。为此，充分挖掘非遗代表性项目的核心内容与精神内核，打造“栖居在非遗里的云南”这一文化IP，构建起文化传承、产业创新、社区发展与旅居体验四位一体的生态系统。
基于此，省政协委员、一级演员达坡玛吉带来了《关于深化非遗活态传承，打造“旅居云南”超级文化IP的提案》。她建议：构建“云南非遗旅居”IP矩阵，以“云南旅居，非遗入心”为主IP，依托特色开发子IP旅居产品；创建“非遗活态社区”，设立可居式传习所，建设非遗主题旅居聚落；推出传承人伙伴计划，制作传承人纪实内容，设计沉浸式非遗实景体验，提升参与感与传播力；建设“数字云南非遗馆”，打造线上展馆与体验预览平台，发起旅居分享话题，搭建“云传承”直播体系，常态化展示非遗创作与生活；推动产业融合与社区受益，设立“非遗创益”机制，培育本土非遗新匠人，联动高端品牌实现价值升级，最终使云南成为旅居者心中的文化向往之地。
