Fantasia (HKG:1777) said a Cayman Islands court has ordered a creditors' meeting to vote on its proposed offshore debt restructuring, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The company anticipates that the meeting will be held on Feb. 20, the filing said.
